Order & Shipping Information
How long will it take to receive my order?
We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the items in your order, the time it takes for your package to arrive may vary:

In-Stock Items: These items are ready to ship! Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus 2-5 business days for shipping within the U.S.

Pre-Order Items: These exclusive items are produced based on demand. Once the pre-order period closes, please allow 4-12 weeks for production and shipping, depending on the product. Pre-orders help ensure that everyone who wants a piece can get one!
Rest assured, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
How is my order shipped?
We use reliable shipping services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Whether you’re purchasing an in-stock item or a pre-order, you'll receive tracking information once your package is on the way. Shipping services may vary depending on the destination, and we’ll select the best option for your location.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your inbox for updates. If you haven’t received a tracking number, it’s possible your order is still being processed. For international orders, we’ll provide a customs form number, though tracking may not be available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At DMG, each of our items is crafted with care. As a small team dedicated to offering unique luxury pieces, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is defective. We stand by the quality of our clothing, and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right!
- Exchanges: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly exchange the item for the same product (if available) or offer a solution that works for you. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your pre-order anytime within the pre-order period. We understand that life happens and financial situations can change. However, once the pre-order period closes, we’re unable to accommodate size changes or cancellations as production will have already begun.
Shipping Issues
What happens if my package is lost or returned to sender?
We want your DMG package to arrive safe and sound! While we are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our hands, we highly recommend using the tracking information provided to monitor your order's journey. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we’ll reach out to you and invoice for a second shipping charge to send it back out.
